Built into natural rock formations in the craggy Waterberg Mountains, Makweti Safari Lodge lies in the malaria-free Welgevonden Game Reserve, whose pristine mountains, steep gorges, rocky outcrops and open plains offer magnificent game viewing.
The main lodge, commands spectacular views of the Makweti Gorge and with only five secluded thatch and stone suites, decorated with rich woods and antiques, hosts no more than 10 guests at one time.
